At Susegaad Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand fulfillment process, we aim to keep our Return & Refund Policy fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacement requests only under specific circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:

2. Non-Returnable Items

As our products are custom-made and print-on-demand, certain items are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Minor print placement variations
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events (if applicable)

3. Return Request Process

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted without proper evidence may not qualify for approval.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [7 DAYS] of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Incorrect items received
  • Size exchange requests (if applicable and approved)

Exchange approval depends on product availability and fulfillment partner policies.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Refund
  • Alternative replacement option

6. Refund Process and Timing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

→ Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility (if the return is approved).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


8. Cancellation Policy

Since products are made-to-order, cancellations are only possible before production begins.

Once the order enters production or fulfillment, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 30 Days:
