Susegaad Clothing operates as a print-on-demand apparel brand. Products are manufactured and fulfilled through our fulfillment partner, Quikink.
As products are made-to-order:
- Minor variations in print placement, color, size, or fabric texture may occur
- Actual colors may differ slightly due to screen settings and printing processes
- Product mockups are for illustrative purposes only
- Slight manufacturing tolerances in sizing are considered normal
We strive to ensure all product information is accurate but do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or specifications are completely error-free.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased per customer
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or resale abuse
Since products are made-to-order, cancellation requests may only be accepted before production begins.
Once the order enters production with our fulfillment partner, cancellation may not be possible.
